No prior experience is required. Yvette will begin with a brief introduction and demonstration and then an hour-long transmission will follow.

If you've already experienced an Open Class, then you can take part in the Go deeper classes, which do not include an introduction - just a deep dive into your energy journey.

The online classes are quite similar to the in-person classes. Some people feel more relaxed and energized in a group environment, while others prefer the comfort of their own homes. For some, the energy of online classes is slightly less intense while others feel like it’s just as powerful.

One-on-one private sessions offer the opportunity to delve deeper into the process with all attention focused on YOU. This is also a great choice for those who would like a more personal setting.
A private session can also be booked with an additional person.
