Ceremonial Cacao recipes and rituals

In my personal journey of drinking Ceremonial Cacao mindfully every morning, I have come to truly believe in the power of daily rituals that allow us to tune in to our hearts and access the wisdom within us. These rituals can have a profound impact on our mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and overall wellbeing.

Creating your sacred place

Start by creating a cozy corner in your home, making it your very own sacred space to connect with the Spirit of Cacao. This sanctuary is your haven, so personalize it with things that spark immense joy within you, such as plants, candles, sage, incense, crystals, and more.

Cacao is a sacred plant, and connecting with her begins with preparing your drink with intention and mindfulness. Once your cacao is ready, pour it into your favorite cup and allow yourself to sink into the moment. You may want to play some music to help you tune in. Sit with your cup and mindfully infuse your cacao with all your love and gratitude and invite her into your awareness.

As you slowly sip on your cacao, allow your senses to open up and tune into your heart. What do you wish to invite into your life? What do you long to release? These questions can guide your introspection and help you connect with your innermost self.

This is a beautiful moment for you to connect with yourself and the divine. So, take your time, be present, and allow the magic of cacao to unfold.

Here are my top tips for crafting your dreamy drink

A blender is preferable to make it really creamy and smooth, but a pot and whisk will do the trick too.

Each recipe make 1 serving.

This is my GO-to morning blend for setting a positive tone for the day ahead. Adding a pinch of cayenne pepper helps to give your metabolism a boost and can even lower your blood pressure.

Here is what your need:

  • 2 tbsps ceremonial cacao (20-25g cacao)

  • hot water (not boiling)

  • one pinch of cayenne pepper

  • one pinch of sea salt

  • 1-2 tsp coconut oil (to make it extra creamy)

  • your choice of sweetener, honey, agave, maple syrup or coconut blossom sugar (optional, I like it best without)

Blend all ingredients and indulge in the goodness!
